Day-wise itinerary of the Nainital honeymoon package

Day 1: Delhi or Noida to Nainital

Your private cab picks you up from home in Delhi or Noida, or from the airport if you fly in after the wedding. The drive is about 300 km and takes 6–7 hours; past Kathgodam the road climbs and you pass Khurpatal lake. Check in, rest and take a short evening walk by Naini Lake on Mall Road. Day 1 of the Nainital honeymoon package is kept light on purpose.

Day 2: Naini Lake, Snow View and Tiffin Top

Sleep in and have a late breakfast. Start with a boat ride on Naini Lake and a visit to Naina Devi Temple on the shore. Go up to Snow View Point for views of the town and, on clear days, the snow peaks. In the afternoon walk or drive towards Tiffin Top and stay for the sunset. Lovers Point and Cave Garden are short stops on the way. This is the main romantic day of the plan.

Day 3: Sattal, Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal

Drive about 22 km to Bhimtal for boating, then spend unhurried time at Sattal, a group of quiet lakes in the forest. Naukuchiatal is a short drive further. Have lunch by the water and come back to Nainital by evening, or move to a calm hotel near Bhimtal for the last night. Couples often call this the best day of the trip.

Day 4: Kainchi Dham (optional) and drive back

Check out after breakfast. If you wish, stop at Kainchi Dham, the ashram of Neem Karoli Baba, about 17 km from Nainital; go early, as weekends are crowded. Then drive down to Delhi or Noida, reaching by night, or get dropped at Kathgodam station.
