- Customer Interaction:

- Travel Planning:
- Design customized travel packages based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Book flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with client requirements.
- Sales and Promotion:
- Promote special deals, offers, and travel packages to customers.
- Upsell additional travel services like travel insurance, car rentals, etc.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Prepare invoices, itineraries, and travel documents.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitive pricing.
- Research and suggest new travel opportunities for customers.
- Problem Resolution:
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and complaints professionally.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms (e.g., GDS) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of geography and popular travel destinations.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate (any stream preferred).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Additional Skills: Multilingual abilities are an advantage but not mandatory.
