Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp & social media
• Explain tour packages (Char Dham, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Kashmir, Himachal, etc.)
• Convert leads into bookings
• Coordinate with drivers, hotels & operations team
• Maintain customer follow-ups and daily reporting
• Assist in itinerary planning & travel documentation
• Ensure smooth travel experience for clients
• Maintain professionalism, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months–2 years experience in travel / sales (freshers can also apply)
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of travel packages (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, MS-Word, MS-Excel, Google Sheets & CRM
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to work under targets

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction:
   • Assist clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel itineraries.
   • Respond to inquiries about travel options, destinations, and packages.
   • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Travel Planning:
   • Design customized travel packages based on customer preferences and budgets.
   • Book flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
   • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with client requirements.
3. Sales and Promotion:
   • Promote special deals, offers, and travel packages to customers.
   • Upsell additional travel services like travel insurance, car rentals, etc.
4. Administrative Tasks:
   • Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
   • Prepare invoices, itineraries, and travel documents.
5. Market Research:
   • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitive pricing.
   • Research and suggest new travel opportunities for customers.
6. Problem Resolution:
   • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and complaints professionally.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms (e.g., GDS) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of geography and popular travel destinations.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate (any stream preferred).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Additional Skills: Multilingual abilities are an advantage but not mandatory.
